Its just bl**dy ignorant!!!!! No wonder the call centre staff are so rude and unhelpful if this is the responses of managers!!! A case of monkey see, monkey do Grrrrrrr!!!!!
I think we should setup a "dustybin hasn't been paid" fund a penny a day until they pay and give it to charity, then charge Lloyds for it afterall they charge us late payments.
    SPC = £15.54 #1413
    £2 challenge = £22
    DEBT =
    [STRIKE]£5030[/STRIKE] £4488.50 (10%)

  • Cool idea!!!!! At this rate whatever charity was nominated would do extremely well lol

Did I read somewhere that a company called Deloittes they are using?

Normally the Financial compensation scheme uses them, so maybe a call to them will do no harm.

Think it was posted by MagpieCottage, but I could be wrong, but it was definately mentione on here.;)

A very quick google brought back this on linked in http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/nicky-primetica/26/1a9/a16

So I'm guessing that yes, deloittes are already handling the mess and have been for several months.

  • Cannot find a number for them though :-(
  • I think they're contractors, so they won't have a number as they'll be contracted to Lloyds but employed by deloitte. I might be wrong though, but I think that's what deloitte do. I can't believe you've not been paid yet dusty

  • I want the money so I can put down a deposit for renting a room from my friend, looking like I might have to ask bank of Mum and Dad for a short term loan as I'll be a few hundred short. Lloyds owe me £1900 which is hardly anything compared to some, but it's going to buy me a bed, mattress and pay my deposit... or that was the intention. Looks like it will be an airbed until it arrives =/

  • Regardless of amount Kerri, they have money in their account earning daily interest that belongs to YOU and NOT THEM!!!!
They really need to pull their fingers out and get this sorted as it is likely to have a catastrophic effect on them, compensation wise and loss of customers.
Fingers crossed bank of mom and dad are able to help you out with a short term loan :-)
  • i agree with dusty on this there are alot of people on here going to close their accounts with lloyds imagine the many thousands of people there must be out there who dont chat on this thread who are also feeling the same. I urge everyone to put in complaints for compensation for delay, claim for the cost of numerous phone calls and then close your accounts lets hit these idiots where it hurts they have showed us absolutly no respect by spouting off their many lies to each and every one of us so why should we help them to earn their big fat wages and big fat yearly bonus It is totally unnacceptable to blatently lie to customers but this is exactly what lloyds have been doing
  • @ reallyangrynow
I have informed them I will be claiming a £12 late payment fee for every day they have kept my cash......running total is in the region of £960!!!!!!
They would charge me this fee if I owed them, so why should I not be entitled to do the same?????

Maybe if all of us who are waiting on payouts informed them they were going to charge them they might get their fingers out and sort it!!!!
