The story has changed again, they've gone from telling me I'm near the top of the magical spreadsheet and I should be paid by the end of October... lies... to telling me now that they can't give me ANY timescales whatsoever what the... how can I go from being near the top of the spreadsheet to not being told at all?!?!?! How does that work? I want a rough estimate of "We're processing x amount a day, you're number x in the queue, it'll be with you on the x of x" argh!SPC = £15.54 #1413

Just as LloydsTSB charge us for going overdrawn or for late payments on our credit cards with them I'm thinking about sending them my own set of charges for their late payments. Will anyone join me?
I first complained about my PPI nearly three years ago. They finally agreed to pay me back nearly £4k which would help me finally pay off the loan - which I'm still incurring interest on.
This treatment from LloydsTSB seems totally unfair and really tells me that at the end of the day they are not a bank I'd like to continue doing business with.
Can we send them our charges?
Who's in?[/QUOTE
I called them and demanded some form of Payment towards my time n cost of
Calls they offered £30 then upped it to £50!! Surprised how quick they can send a cheque out for that! They call it a distress payment- be worth a shot if u wanna try it0 -

Has anyone here received payment for PPI on a loan or is it only CC that lloyds are paying out on??
Am still waiting for a loan claim to be paid out. Been waiting since settlement figure given in July, and still paying instalments monthly, as well as PPI :-(
They do seem to be more or less on top of CC payments0 -
Advice needed please.
OH has received payouts for 2 of his 4 CC PPI claims. Lloyds/TSB were the most difficult.
All claims went in on 29/5/11 and Mint were very quick to pay out. Offers from both received end of September.
LloysTSB only paid out on Friday 28/10/11 by bank transfer as account closed, following loads of phone calls and emails to CEO.
I have a claim in since 29/6/11 with regards to a Beneficial CC account which I closed in 2009.
I had a response initially from HSBC stating no account could be found. I sent copies of statements as proof and on 19/10/11 contacted them as the 16 weeks were up. I was informed that a letter had been sent to me on 30/9/11 which I have not received asking me to send proof of account. I informed them that this was sent out on 6/7/11. I then emailed the CEO to ask what was going on and received a phone call the next day and was told my accounts could be seen on her screen and she didnt know what the problem was and that she had been assigned my claim.
Since then on 26/10/11 I was informed that the claim now has to go back to HFC as it was them that bought out Marbles/Beneficial and that Halifax/HBOS would pass everything over to them.
I have received a letter today from HFC asking me to complete a questionnaire they need to collate and send back to Halifax/HBOS in order for them to make a decision.
I am so fed up of getting the run around and when I mentioned in a phone call to HFC is morning that the 16 week response period is way past I was informed that she didn't think Halifax/HBOS had that deadline.
Any suggestions please as to what I can do next please and sorry for the long post.0 -

Have told them I am claiming this fee from 15th August which is the latest day my money 'should' have been paid into my bank.
That sounds like a great idea, might try that myself! They are an absolute joke! Fingers crossed you hear something soon - 'date order' would suggest you should be getting yours before me! I hope you have some luck with them soon.0 -
I'm still waiting on a CC payment and a loan payment.
I got my calculations through for both on 16th September - I don't expect the loan payment through any time soon but would've thought the Credit card payment into my bank would've gone in by now as the CC robots seem to be quicker...
I wonder if those of us who got the generic email from Andrea in the last week or so will get any actual human response within 7 days hmmmmm.0 -
Hi Gemlover, get back in touch, and tell them to tell HSBC that you have given them all the info they need and to contact them to get your claim moving, they should not need this info for Halifax again as they already have this, tell them this unacceptable, and you are putting a complaint into FOS.0
