So they definitely aren't sticking to any order. Still waiting from August 14th. Still amazed that they can get away with this. Congrats to you though

Also for people who have been paid (sorry to those who haven't yet!) did you have your interest fully paid or just what was quoted on the initial offer letter?

I only got what was on my offer letter - No added interest for the unacceptable delay, no apology or GoG for the amount of time I have spent on the phone trying to sort it out... Odd, as I was quoted on figure over the telephone (£4,939.23), as there was additional knock on costs, and the time taken to look at my complaint, reduction of loan etc... but I was only refunded the amount on the letter and the loan reduction, which doesn't equated to the amount quoted on the telephone. None of the bits discussed on the phone ever got paid.
  • I only (!!) got my offer letter 11 October so 'as quick as possible' wouldnt mean before 28 days anyway so I probably have no right to be as cross as most people. BUT I am!! The 'Due date' is 7 November and in any business that should mean what it says. To be told up to 56 days after 7 November is not acceptable and its the uncertainty thats making me ill. If someone promises I will be paid week ending......I will sit quietly and wait. What happens if I cancel my direct debit loan payment??? that would at least help with the christmas shopping.
  • Pleased to see people getting some success, I must have said something they didn't like in my e-mail as I have not received even the most basic of automated response, not even an acknowledgement!

They obviously aren't sticking to a first come first served basis as we have reports of people getting paid who received offers in late September or started complaints in July whilst my offer was September 8 for a complaint started midway through May and some people claim to still be waiting for payments from offers issued in August/July.

Of course LTSB have stated 56 days from offer to payment so only 6 more days for them to miss that target as well!
