    Only been waiting 87 days.

Good luck to those who still are waiting, hope you get yours soon. Keep hassling them!!!![/QUOTE

    congratulations mate
  • Hello - Sorry to be a nuisance, but I wondered if those that have been paid could say whether their PPI was CC or loan and also all their dates ( i.e offer date plus calcs date etc), just so that we can compare like with like - it gives a bit more ammunition for e-mails & phone calls. Thanks :)

Got my cheque today from 7 September
  • Hi, We had a letter from Lloyds at the beginning of September with an offer, told us not to contact only if not going to accept, if accepting the amount and cheque would be sent out shortly. Happy with the amount they are paying us, still waiting, still nothing nothing received from them. My husband called them today, now they are saying may take up to another four weeks before anything resolved, asked if they would be paying the extra interest on top of what they quoted and said oh don't know about that. Very Very annoyed told them if they wanted a payment from us they would be sending out demand letters by now. Not a happy bunny at all.
  • Worth a try I suppose.

Maybe his moderators will stumble across this thread and point him in the right direction!
  • Took Lloyds 3 months nearly too transfer the refund into my account. Received letter in the 30th July. Made at least 30 phone calls 3 emails and good knows how many failed promises.

I will be going I to town later to close my account!!
  • Those who have been paid - it seems that most people have been paid straight into their accounts. My letter just said they'd send a cheque, no option to pay into my account. Did you ask for this or is It Lloyds decision? I had also heard hat if you ask to be paid my a money transfer rather than a cheque you'd be sent to the back of the queue.
  • Hi all,
Can anybody help? I've been waiting about 3 months now for a refund of about £6.5K, checked account this morning and someone has paid in £430.00? Can only have been Lloyds! Anyone else received their payments in bits and pieces?
    Thanks. :(

  • Never PHYSICALLY received any letter as they have never appeared through my letter box, BUT, when I called end of July for update as the 16 weeks were up by then, I was told a letter had been sent out on 15th July with settlement figures, asked what figures were, guy on phone told me and I told him I was happy with them and would accept. He told me thats fine, and to look forward to payment being in my account within 21 working days.
What about you Really....when did you receive yours? So Andrea is personally looking into your case is she???? If thats the case you should see some cash soon if other posts on here are anything to go by.
