  • have not been waiting as long as you 22nd august but have been made all of the same false promises if they had said 3 months in first place wouldnt be bothered but i hate being lied too. These people need to remember at the end of the day it is us jo public that ultimately pay their big fat wages.I see you got the same email asme if i were you i would email her again i did and got one straight back.I think the more we keep on at the ones higher up the quicker they will sit up and take notice and hopefully the whole process will get speeded up for the poor unsuspecting people who are just getting their offers now.God i feel sorry for those poor devils if most of the cases on here are anything to go by they are in for a long wait:mad::mad::(

Got my cheque today from 7 September

Congratulations stuwigan! Thats great! :D Was 7th Sept the date you recieved your figure break-down letter? If so, then that makes the PPI refund process into even more of a farce than it already is!
I've 'only' been waiting since the 15th of Sept, but I feel extremely sorry for those who have been waiting since July and STILL not recieved anything. If I took this long to make an overdue credit card payment then I doubt they would be as patient as we, their customers have been FORCED to be. Lloyds TSB really do make my blood BOIL :mad::mad::mad:

    AAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Sorry, had to get that out of my system. :rotfl:

Never PHYSICALLY received any letter as they have never appeared through my letter box, BUT, when I called end of July for update as the 16 weeks were up by then, I was told a letter had been sent out on 15th July with settlement figures, asked what figures were, guy on phone told me and I told him I was happy with them and would accept. He told me thats fine, and to look forward to payment being in my account within 21 working days.
What about you Really....when did you receive yours? So Andrea is personally looking into your case is she???? If thats the case you should see some cash soon if other posts on here are anything to go by.

Hi and yes I did this morning lol, sent her a snotty mail saying how disappointed I was with the lack of customer care and how her bog standard replies were not what I expected. She replied within minutes, apologising, saying she would look into matter and get back to me.
Won't bother holding my breath for this to be resolved anytime soon though :-(

Guess these people are lucky enough to receive a reply from Andrea. I sent one 2 days ago and still not got a reply..

I've not had a reply either!! Not even a read receipt!!!

Getting annoyed now! Would be nice to get this money in time for christmas but I'm not going to be holding me breath.

Just don't know what to do anymore. Almost as if I've given up hope of ever receiving any money at all

Gotta say though mate, fire off a few letters re: extra interest and just leave it, don't stress etc...might turn up in six months! Its your money not theirs.
