I phoned on 23 July as was expecting to have heard from them by then, and was told on phone my claim was being upheld and they had sent a letter to me on 15th telling me how much. I asked how much they was offering and was happy with that so said, ok, happy with this, what do I need to do now as letter not arrived. He resent letter (apparently) and said, no need to do anything, payment will be in bank within 21 working days of 15th!!!!! LIE lol, am still waiting.......my these 21 days sure are dragging!!!

They still have ent even sent out a letter?? Tell me about it these 21 days are sure dragging.

Lol daveyboy......STILL no letter!!!!!! Have even got my local branch Branch Manager calling them as he is appalled by length of wait......he just gets told the same rubbish......payment being processed blah, blah, blah :mad: worst thing is I am STILL paying loan, so every month I am waiting for payment, I am STILL paying PPI.....cannot clear loan as they will not give me settlement figure as I have an open PPI dispute going on with them :rotfl: feel like I am just going round in circles with them - I just give up!

Just checked my account and I have received a chaps payment from Lloyds!!

Only been waiting 87 days.

Good luck to those who still are waiting, hope you get yours soon. Keep hassling them!!!!
