Excellent! Well done! Glad you finally got paid!
Thank you. Nothing too major but it'll keep me out of action for a little while0 -
Hi Gringo! Good Luck in Hospital I look forward to your return once you've recovered. THANKS for everything you've done for us ALL. With LOVE.
You're welcome!
Thanks you.
See you all soon. I hope to hear lots of success stories when I get back online
Remember, if any more of you follow my advice, there are two crucial rules.
1. You MUST give at least 14 days notice in your deadline.
2. You MUST send your deadline warnings by POST rather than email (preferably recorded post so that you can prove that they recieved it).
Stick to those two rules, and you should see a pay-out
If you don't give 14 days notice, or you send your deadline warnings by email, the banks will just laugh at you because they know you don't have a leg to stand on because they know that the courts will just throw out your case.0 -

Sorry, I accidentally pressed the spam button on one of the posts. I think I've undone it now, but if there are any problems it was my fat fingers.
Sorry again.0 -

No I still haven't. Offer letter dated 17th Jan. Recalculation letter supposedly sent a week last Thurs - still not arrived although told it can take up to 10 working days!
Don't know whether to go down the threatening legal action road or to sit it out. Supposed to be paid within 21 days of date of recalculation letter. I wonder how many people have actually been paid within that time frame?0 -

I can't believe it - I have finally been paid this morning! Wonders never cease! Although additional interest wasn't included - you can't have everything I suppose!
Good luck to all those still waiting0 -
Hi I received an offer in Aug. Duly accepted. Payment received on 22 Dec ...in the wrong name!! Still waiting for a new cheque to be re issued despite them having paid another offer directly in the bank. Really am at my wits end. Just keep getting told i'm in a queue. I am genuinely happy for those who have been paid in a quick turnaround, but it is soooo bloody annoying:mad:0

You can - just send in a letter now stating that they haven't paid you the additional interest, and that you want it paying as soon as possible.
Don't let them get away with it - if you went £1 overdrawn, they'd send you a snotty letter and charge you an overdraft fee - so play them at their own game. Get every penny they owe you out of them. They would do it to you if it was the other way round.
Even if they only owe each customer £10 extra each, if they have 1000 customers they all owe £10, Lloyds get to pocket £10,000 - and why should they have it when:
1. Its our money to start with.
2. They've kept everybody waiting, so why should they be "rewarded" for it.0 -

You're right. I phoned them this afternoon and they tried to fob me off by saying the payment you received already includes the interest, which it does but not the additional for the delays. I think a letter is in order as phone calls are a waste of time.
They shouldn't be let off the hook, like you said they wouldn't if it was the other way around!:money:0
