My letter was supposedly sent out on 6th jan. it never arrived so i phoned them and was told they would sent a copy of it, this never arrived either so after emailing the ceo, i was told another copy would be sent out...3 days later it arrived, so theu supposedly sent out 3 letters and only 1 actually got to me
Funny that!! I'm not entirely convinced that letters are being sent. There's no way that all these letters are being lost in the post and sometimes over and over again. When you finally got your letter via the CEO's department, what date was on the letter?0 -
anyone there that can help....upheld in my favour in Nov 2011....ringing every week since Jan...its being calculated they say, what are they using? an abacus?...sent letters, emails..no reply...what can I do now?0

Our letters were supposedly sent out on 12th Dec with a interest date up to 9th Jan however the dates on the letters (after rerequesting numerous times) were actually early February (with interest calculated up to 9th Jan)
Still no money !! Has been over six months since we did the intial claim (early August)
It did have the correct date on my letter (6th jan) but after numerous calls and emails i onlt got a copy this weekend.Funny that!! I'm not entirely convinced that letters are being sent. As above the original date was on the letter with big letters of COPY stamped across it.
I only phoned up in january because i had not recived any letter even though the 12 weeksd had passed, this was when i was told the letter had been sent out two weeks earlier.
after the second one never arrived i told the woman at the call centre that it would have to be a huge coincidence for two letters to get lost in the post.
She also told me then that they could not send out a third copy...funny how after emailing the ceo a third copy was sent out and arrived in 4 days0 -
mmmnnn.... something seems to be happening. Open loan balance gone way up, next monthly payment due way down - not sure if this is normal with the restructuring but interested to see something happening.
Hoping this is going to resolve itself in the next day or two, but my word what a journey so far.0 -

Update - Isnt it funny how I can have an ongoing case since August on a loan (still waiting for £2k) but when I win a claim back against my credit card for lloyds, I can recieve my letter on the 20th Jan and had a cheque sent to me yesterday?!
How can one move so quickly and another take 6 months!!!?!0 -
