Well i've just made my weekly call to find out why i still haven't received the offer letter despite 2 having been supposedly sent out.
She said there was now a note on my file from when i had emailed the ceo and they are waiting to hear a response from them before she can't give me any info or time scale as to when i will receive it
Joke of a customre service centre, you phone them and they just tell you that is another department and they don't have that info?!0 -
Well still nothing for me again today! That has now been 127 days since I received my offer letter! I am getting really sick of this now! I have written 3 letters, 5 emails and called weekly and never heard a peep back from them! So rude! :mad:0

Well my mate got his offer letter 4th December 2011 and got a call last night saying he would be paid today. He checked and the money has gone into his account (7th February 2012):j.:T No calls of complaint or emails made other than to check his PPI complaint was received.
I however am still waiting on mine. No response to any email that has been sent. Mine was PPI complaint upheld 05 Aug, offer 28th Oct, interest calculated to 25 Nov. Still no recalculation letter or sign of payment.
Looks like a lucky dip process.:(0 -
Nothing again for me today. Well done to those who have managed to be paid, must be a nice feeling !
It just goes to show that you don't have to badger them with emails and calls to be paid.0 -
I'm abit worried about the redundancies they have announced this morning, I wonder if it will make a difference?0

Well just phoned again, and this time I have been told that a note went on my account yesterday saying they have started to process my payment as a CHAPS payment so this should be in my bank no later than Friday! I don't think I should hold my breath though!?!?!?0

Hi spoke to them again today as it has been 10 days since my case was escalated (as advised) was told that no further movement has been made. Was given the usual backlog excuse + we appreciate that you're frustrated blah, blah can't give you a payment date, nor can we tell you where abouts you are in the system.
Saw this published in this weekends observer money page Search lloyds PPI on the money sectioon of the website.
I'm not allowed to post links but her name is [Removed by FT].
Have a look I've e mailed her - maybe if more of us do it will help?0 -
