  • I actuallysl started the claim process in 2010 but had to wait for the test case to be answered. I received my offer letter 3rd October and still nothing. We are completely powerless to speed up this process.
  • well karengibo, stroppy cow, you are not ,been waiting since 18 august. with no reply what so ever
    are your timesales the same
  • I have sent yet another email this morning to ask for an update of my money. Its really getting to me now. I have people crying out for there money that I owe them and I can't even tell them when they will be paid. So frustrating :-(((((
  • I also have nothing today ! Have just sent another letting telling them that I am now writing to the Financial Ombudsman and my local MP, asking him to contact the CEO of Lloyds on my behalf. Orginal claim made in August, offer letter received 01st December and now, 61 days down the line nothing !
  • Nothing for me again......i am really fed up i also have bills to pay and it is the not knowing when i can expect this money that is so frustrating!!!

My interest was calculated to the 18th January, if they had no intentions of having it sorted by that date they shouldn't have quoted a date, it is obvious that it will now be sometime in February (fingers crossed), as it seems alot of people who had interest to 6th Jan were paid last week.

Lloyds are an absolute disgrace, i've already decided once this sorry mess is sorted i will be closing all my accounts, current, savings, isa etc that i have had for over 20 years. Which bank i end up with who knows, as i don't know anyone who has good word to say about any of the banks. Nationwide keep being mentioned as a good bet, so we'll see!

    Has anyone been paid today????????
  • After having a grand clear out at the weekend, i have paper work for a loan that was taken out by myself in July 2005. It just happened that my husband found another document regarding Barclay Loan Protection.
They were for the same loan and it was for 60 months. I cant remember taking out protection because i have never had it on previous loans has i have never needed it.
Is there a set time limit to apply for repayment,as im not sure.
I would be grateful for some advice
    Thank you.
  • recalcs letter received = 8th December 2011
    Interest to = 3rd January 2011

Original offer letter received 21st September 2011

Still waiting on almost 7k, part payment received (about third of whats due) just before crimbo.

Since then, no updates, no remaining money and its now the 30th of Jan.

    Outrageous.

Its one thing waiting for our money, but even more annoying when Lloyds don't reply to emails and letters !!! Unbelievable really !!! Wondered why I stopped banking with them years ago.

I have just emailed the CEO of LLoyds, see if he has the manners to reply !
