I don't believe it, I still haven't been paid. I called them first thing and was told my claim had been recalculated, so I get an extra £5, for god sake just push the button and pay me...... Ggrrrrr0

The petition covers all banks. I can offer no guarantees as to how successful the petition will be. Its just nice to feel we are doing something different. Realistically it is the FSA who control the banks but the Government need to be made aware of the depth of the problem and depth of public feeling. They have got involved before and can do again. The banks need to be answerable. If you or I missed a payment, we'd have the baliff at the door taking our stuff away.
I bet the head of RBS won't be waiting months to get his bonus of just shy of £1million. He won't have to phone up and be left on hold or have his emails and letters ignored!
Just to add, I'm no political mastermind or protestor. I'm an ordinary 33 yr old bloke who wants things to fair. Sitting back and letting things just happen, sometimes isn't an option.0 -
Still nothing for me again today.......calcs to the 18th Jan...i am fed up of checking my bank to see if they've bothered to sort it and finally pay me! :mad:0

I didnt expect it - and am surprised but i looked at my account this morning - and there it was, my payment!! 3 weeks late i admit, but im just pleased its there.
I have been really worried about all the stories on here as i was meant to be payed on 6th Jan. All i can is that i have been writing emails and sent letters for the last couple of weeks to Cheif Excecs and so on....and apparently it may have worked, it may have not. I did sent letters this week on Tuesday, but i cant see that those letters made a difference.
Next thing - unfair charges from during my Uni and college days (within last 6 years). Although Im not too hopeful.
There is hope - just wish good luck to all those others who are waiting.0 -
Nothing again for me today. Interest calulated to the 10th Jan and still nothing. Will be ringing and sending email again!!!!!!!! I am getting so annoyed now with all this.0

LauraVal1, can i ask what date you received your offer letter and was it for card or loan?0

It's for a loan that was fully paid off early last year and my offer letter was dated the 22nd December 2011. My Parents have done a number of PPI Claims most through CMC but one direct with Lloyds like me the day before i did mine and they got their money in the bank before they even got the letter!!!! My mum had to go into the bank to see what the money was that had just appeared into account. If only we were all so lucky!!!!0

I cant believe someone has been waiting only a couple of weeks and has been paid. Congratulations to them but what an appalling company we are dealing with and this new system of paying the recent claims first is making me more and more angry!0

It's outrageous indeed. I can't believe that emails are being ignored, it's so unprofessional and downright rude. I haven't even received a hard copy of my offer letter yet, it's been told to me over the phone. At first I was calm and understanding of the backlog but to hear that people with letters dated more than 2 months after myself are getting paid, and I have as yet not been is making me sooo angry!0 -
Still no payment for me today. Phoned Lloyds and the girl I spoke to said she can't see any payment going through at the moment !!!! She said she will put a chase on it for there is a process that they follow !!
So fed up :-(0
