Oh my god! They have paid! Been emailing daily for the last two weeks with no response and some bounce backs and it's now been paid by bank transfer. Same as original offer which was calculated up to the 5th Jan so no extra interest but definately better than nothing!:j
Congratulations on getting paid!
The last letter I received says interest paid up till November 5th and still I have not received my money!?!?!
It just goes to show that they are not paying out in order! I have been told on the phone that the payments team have been working on this since 16th December! Don't see how it can take this long to process a payment!?!0 -
I have signed the petition. Sent another email today too after having no reply from the last one I sent !0

Send them a nice letter and use recorded delivery
This worked for me, so may help some of you, I see no point in telephoning these people, all that it is really doing is stopping them dealing with the important paperwork
Great Thanks, Have sent that letter off this afternoon. I wonder it it will work.0 -
Just called and was told that my CC paymnet had been approved by payments team and should recieve payment quick? what does that mean, my loan PPI was payed out before xmas with no problems at all and although not the best to everyone on here with little or no hassel or delays.
I have little to moan about in comparrison to all but can feel your frustration, does anyone else have the same comment of approved but should be quick?????0 -
