I phoned yesterday, 'apparently' a payment chaser has now been put on my account! Not happy so sent 4 emails today and will continue to do so every day until im paid.
Its an absolute joke that people are still waiting from aug last year yet newer claims have been paid!
Hopefully not much longer but at least they have started paying out again.0 -
I just wish they had never wrote to me in November to say that I was going to get paid a huge amount of money. Would have been happier if they just paid it in to my account as a suprise !! Its cruel :-(0

nothing not a word no reply at all silence very rude been with tsb for at least 35 years plus had everything with them got good service, but since the clowns at lloyds got hold of them its been downhill since they are crap.
Yes, totally agree. However, have your letters followed the complaints procedure?
The thing is if you state in a letter that you are officially complaining, then they have timescales to abide by. If they don't meet these times scales, then you can take it to the FOS.
This will cost you nothing, and even if this doesn't hurry Lloyds up, you can still take pleasure in the fact that Lloyds get charged £500 from the FOS, for EVERY complaint that the FOS has to deal with for them0 -

I have tried emailing the Amanda Barry and the ppi email address but they have now started bouncing back as undeliverable, does anyone have any other address I can try. My letter was dated 6th Dec with interest calculated to the 9th Jan as with everyone else it promised payment by BACS to my current account was being arranged and I didn't need to do anything if I was happy with the offer.
Just a little frustrating!!!
I'm the same as you interest letter calculated up to 3rd of jan and then an additional interest letter, but as of today, still no payment. Gutted now!! People seem to be getting letters the same as mine and getting paid...... It's been 7 + months now. Congrats though....0 -
Hi all,
I put in a claim for a PPI refund and had it upheld back in December. Like many of you i'm waiting with baited breath for payment. Reading some of the stories on here about the length of time people have been waiting is simply appalling. Tonight, I've applied for an e-petition on the government website worded as follows:
Some banks are being extremely slow in paying out refunds to customers who have been wrongly sold PPI (Payment Protection Insurance). We would like the government to investigate the delays and impose a realistic time limit on the banks to make payments. (i.e. 28 days from the date a final offer is received)
The e-petition application is being looked at and isn't live yet. If it gets accepted (i'll know within 7 days) i'll provide a link on here. Please please please sign it and get your friends to sign it. We will need to get over 100,000 signatures and then the government will debate it in the house of commons.
As soon as I know and it goes live i'll post the link.
I have signed your petition, thanks so much...0 -
Hi there,
i received my PPI Proposal compensation letter on the 15th Jan by LTSB and have checked my account and only half the proposed amount has reached my account. Has anyone experienced this before I contact them to discuss further.

probably concerned their computer system is gonna fall over with the huge demand. What really bugs me is the way they are paying out,my father waited 6 months he regrettably used a cmc.my sister submitted her complaint back in july last year same time as myself, she recieved offer same time as i did mid november.she recieved her payment within 28 days.I really do feel for the people that have been waiting months its like mental torture.I dont even bother checking my account nor ringing them its a complete waste of time.0

Just a quick question is the epetition just mention lloyds or does it cover all banks as if it did all banks then i think we would easy get 100,000 signatures0
