How many people.do you think are still waiting from before December who have yet to have been refunded I cant believe they have appeared to have missed out those people and are paying December's this is giving me.depression now. Never have I felt so helpless0

I would hate too think how many people that is. I too find it alarming that there is no simple system in place for this. I feel so let down by Lloyds over the whole matter and they are the bank that has put the most money to one side for this so one would think that it would be a simple thing to arrange and sort out??? I have just devised an email that i shall be sending every single day and if not twice a day from now on and also ringing. I have only been waiting since December so i feel sorry for the people that have been waiting longer. There is just no logic behind any of this and i find so bad for such a big bank. Well i can say for sure is that they will be loosing a lot of custom from what i can tell on here!!!!0 -

Exactly I was there was a organization in place that could independently review bad practices. Any one with some common sense could devise a method for ensuring there is some sort of order and systematically go down that list. I often rage on the phone to them stating when they decided to work out this months iinterest how about just write a cheque there and then its ridiculous. I have just lodged a story on watchdog can anyone suggest any other complaint tools please? What email addresses do you have that you are using please?0 -
Just checked again and still nothing!
It is now 29 weeks since I received my first offer letter and 16 weeks since they said they made a mistake and sent me the second offer letter! How can it take this long!?!?!?!
In July they told me the money would be in my account in 21 days and it is now 187 days and nothing!
Getting so annoyed now! Going to phone again today! Don't imagine it will make much of a difference! :mad:0 -
Just called again and have been told they are still working on it, but it should only be a few days now! Not holding my breath!

My Parents were till the 18th Jan. They have a few going through and the first 2 were fine just before Christmas and then they are the same as all of us fed up and keep on ringing and they are also using a claims company on some of them. I will let you know if they have anything with the interest being to the same date.0
