Hi
It was credit card.
• Hi

I have just finished speaking with Lloyds PPI offices. I have correspondence saying they owe me £4,800. I received this letter in December 2011. I still have no money. They have told me there is no time scale. Sorry. I have since emailed Customer Services regarding this and said that if I owed Lloyds TSB this money, I would have been charged late payment fees, etc etc. at a very high interest rate. I have said that I will be expecting the same if I do not receive my money shortly. Can anybody suggest anything else.
• I have just read all of your comments. My goodness what a shambles. Anyone that has received their payout how long did they wait from receiving the letter.
• Postal address for complaints is: Customer Care, Tredagar Park, Newport, NP10 8SB. The email I have is ppi.customer.relations@lloydstsb.co.uk.

I hope these help. I will be sending emails everyday from now on after reading all of your comments.
• Cheers cassie, i'm waiting on my claim from card, it said on letter they'd pay me by bacs into my current acc, letter dated 9 dec interest paid until 6/1
• can anyone give me email addy's for both customer serivce and ceo or a barry as i have tried various diffrent ones and just get email failure report's back

i sent of my letters back in nov and they keep saying when i ring in that they have got no case for me so need to take this higher so please if you have contact details pls send them to me
• I have just sent another polite yet firm email which I will continue to do so
• I have tried emailing the Amanda Barry and the ppi email address but they have now started bouncing back as undeliverable, does anyone have any other address I can try. My letter was dated 6th Dec with interest calculated to the 9th Jan as with everyone else it promised payment by BACS to my current account was being arranged and I didn't need to do anything if I was happy with the offer.
Just a little frustrating!!! :(
• Hi long time reader first time poster.

Only been waiting 2 months. So for those that have been waiting longer i'm sorry. I recieved an e mail today informing me that LLoyds are really sorry for the delays, but the back log is overwhelming and that are dealing with it as quickly as they can....The back log is their problem not mine and like all of you I just want my money back...

Today I tried a different tactic I called 0845 3000 000 which is the normal Lloyds Customer Service line and said I wanted to complain about the service. Note this will not speed up your response from LLoyds PPI. But I did get £20 as a goodwill gesture for my trouble. The way I see it thats the least we deserve for the utter frustration we feel from listening to Lloyds blag excuse after excuse. Good Luck everyone.
• Any one have the ceo email and or a.barrie?
