Hello, Ive given up on ever receiving any money from them! I submittes my claim last May, Received a response around August 23rd to say they would be paying out. Im still waiting for a calculation to this day! Everytime i call they tell me it is with the payments team being calculated, and that it has been highlighted by the team manager etc. I just dont know what else i can do. I call them every single day to be fobbed off. I'd at least like a calculation by now.0

Sooooooooooo... here is my story...
put my claim in May... got initial letter in August upholding my claim and amount letter early October.
Used to ring day after day but gave up at Christmas.... decided to give them a call yesterday to get another update and was told i'd been sent an email from lloyds last Friday... checked it and lo and behold, it was there!!! It stated I would receive my cash within 5 days straight into my bank account.. taking me up to this Friday coming.
So... was checking it this morning... nothing.. but hadn't held out much hope.. decided to check just now and its there!!! whooo...!
BTW i never received a recalcs letter after my initial amounts and was told not everyone does. Hold tight guys. :beer:0 -
How do you communicate with them by email? I only received one with sample calculations>Sooooooooooo... here is my story...

Nicola, you are wasting your time ringing; you need to email clearly and calmly with your facts, how disgusted you are and throw in all manner of threats about MPs/small claims court/etc. Copy a few other people into the email too like BBC watchdog/papers - they mostly don't care about Lloyds won't be too impressed to see them copied in.0 -
Congrats luly on receipt of your payment. Just wondering if it stated in your email that you have been added to the emergency bacs payment list. I called customer services today, to be told someone called me last Friday but got my answer phone. No message was left, but the very helpful lady on the phone said, it was probably to tell me it I was being added. So I'm gonna wait til Friday and see if I receive my payment. It has been 7 months already for me.0

PPI.Customer.Relations@lloydstsb.co.uk. Hi nicola, here is an email address you can use, AB has emailed me back on this one. Don't except a response straight away, it can sometimes take her 2/3 days. Good luck....0
