I think you could have hit the nail on the head. I read somewhere that if too many bacs are trying to process at one time it can choke up the whole banking system so they are obviousily releasing them in groups rather than just putting the whole lot through, whether there is any logical order to this waiting list I doubt. This would explain why people are getting their cheques before us. So in effect you are being penalised by LloydsTSB for being a LLoydsTSB customer. Now what could be the solution to that?

I put my complaint in April 2011 and was sent a letter in July 2011 saying how much I was getting back and told the money would be in my account within 21 days. Numerous phone calls and letters later without getting anywhere, I received another letter on the 5th october 2011 with a revised amount. I called to see what this is all about and they told me that they had made a mistake and to ignore everything I was told before the 5th October. Well it is now the 24th January and still NO money!! I have called heaps of times, I have send 3 letters, I have sent 5 emails and not so much as a peep from them! I am so annoyed and stressed about this now! How can they tell me in July that I am going to get money in 21 days and 186 days later nothing!! Fair enough they made a mistake, but it was their mistake not mine! I should not be punished for it! Everytime I call I get told to keep checking my account, hello do you not think I am going to do that anyway!

Can someone please send me the email address I need to complain to. I received my offer letter on 01st December and am still waiting. Having read alot of the forum I also am getting no-where when I telephone. They don't seem to have a clue !
If anyone can pm me the contact details that would be great.

The whole PPI refund is a shambles. They were quick enough to take the money off us and any charges we ever incure but then when it comes to refunding us it's a joke. Thanks for the reply.

Again, still nothing for me. Still waiting for any kind of correspondance from them. The last and only letter I have received was in November and the interest was calculated up until 20 December.

Would be great to receive the payment in any shape or form...cheque, bacs or notes through my letterbox !!! I don't care just WANT MY MONEY !!!! :-(
