Still no refund for me and what's really peed me off is we had a bit of extra cash last month so paid £500 into both of our credit cards to reduce the balance and was hoping to clear it when we got our money back, we've now had two letters in to say that they have reduced our limit. Fair enough they are trying to be "responsible bankers" but surely they should realise that January is the month that many people may rely on their cards towards the end of the month. My other half used one of the cards to fill the car with petrol before we knew the limit had been reduced, now we are over the limit  I would transfer money in to clear but I think to hell with it, we've got the black mark already, they can wait till the end of the month.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0

Barclaycard did that to me last month - might be worth contacting the card company to complain - I did, and pointed out that I was likely to exceed the limit once they add interest for the month (I had also used the card without realising, and was within a fiver of my new limit), and they offered to waive interest for the month, and cancel any overlimit charges for the month. In the event I paid a little extra before the bill was due to make sure, and didn't actually exceed the limit, but at least I saved some interest...

Mattias, how long have you been waiting?
I received payment for 2 loans on 19th December, and received a letter for card claim 23rd December saying interest paid upto 18th Jan, which has now obviously passed.
I haven't been waiting half as long as some people, there just doesn't seem to be any system of being paid from date of offer, obviously there could be many factors especially with loans that need restructuring etc.....but example my card was paid off in 2007 and therefore isn't ongoing so therefore should be a simple process to calculate and pay out. When i rang them on Wednesday to say they hadn't paid when they said they would i was told my claim had been passed to the payments team on the 15th January.
I haven't had a holiday for 5 years and so am desperately waiting now for just over £2k so that would pay for a much needed break, i have had a lot going on recently after losing my dad and my own health isn't the best.
I really don't think Lloyds have realised just how huge the situation is and they are so overwhelmed they are unable to sort the mess out....I won't hold my breath as i believe i will be waiting at least another couple of months before i receive anything, i'm expecting my recalculation letter sometime soon!!!!!! :mad:0 -
Hi we had letter dec 28th to say if we accepted to do nothing and they will send cheque. Is this the same as you guys have been waiting for? Anyone had same letter and been paid ?xThanks x0
