Still nothing for me

recieved a letter offering sincere apologies for the delay and additional interest of £12.31 to ensure final amount reflects the date i will recieve payment
this was sent 16/1/12
still no pay date

fingers crossed wont be long now

You gotta keep bugging them. Email email and email. So relieved. They can authorise one of payments ... so if you been waiting too long complain.

Well new update is since Ab was dealing with our issues and now they have gone back into hiding as they wont return calls or respond to email complaints, the refunds are now yet again investigating and there is no time scale.
I just don't understand how now it is back with the refunds team and back to square one with no timeframe.

I see a few people have said they've emailed the PPI team at Lloyds TSB - has anyone got the address they can post here... I'm currently waiting on £3.8k which I had a letter saying i would receive in December... I called them the other day and they said they would let the department making payments know that I had called... but would like to email them and find out if they can give me a date of when payment is likely to be made.

Well I am still waiting and with no joy yet again from ringing them. I am also going to resort to emailing every single day untill i get payment. This a a complete and utter joke now.:(
