Struggling with the concept of being grateful for receiving money that should not have been taken in the first place - never mind the fact a lot of people have been left waiting an unnacceptable length of time due to Lloyds being totally useless.

And as for the smug advice from the staff, I look forward to hearing about a wave of job cuts...

nothing for me again today
phoned up was told it would take 14 days for a response from the email sent 2 days ago
told the man I spoke to that was a blatant lie as Id been told before it took 10 days and yesturday was told that was wrong it only takes a few days
whoever it was I spoke to today obviously hadnt got a clue when I called him a liar he didnt argue just kept stuttering
he also said I may not be paid for weeks yet

I got an email today at the second day of asking, all I wanted to know was if they have received my complaint I sent 24th Nov and they did on the 2nd Dec so my long long wait starts now :-)

Just phoned again, lindsay this time told me "no time scale" blah blah blah,

Looks like we're all in the same boat!

Told her i would wait 10 days then i was emailing the ceo

They told me yesterday it takes 3 weeks for response to email???? They make it up as they go along I reckon!

Hi all I received my first partial payment for previous loans in August last year, I still have 1 pending but the loan was in arrears so went to a debt collection agency( I am making payments towards the debt), anyway I thought it would take slightly longer because of the situation but how long does it take to call the debt collectors find out how much is left to pay, pay the said amount with my award and send the surplus cheque to me??? I got a letter beginning of November saying my case was a priority and am still waiting almost 3 months on!!!!! Not happy:mad:

How do I find out what loans, credit cards etc I've had over the last 10yrs without having to go through a claims company? Over the past decade I've had loads of different cards, loans and 3 mortgages,I don't have paper work,so a bit lost...... I know my credit history is out there somewhere just not sure how to find it! Can anyone help me please?

if you have any old bank statements then the account numbers will be on them
But even without the account numbers the bank should be able to find the details for you
have you tried calling them?
if you have internet banking you can look at old statements

I have phoned those idiots again today, after my snotty email I sent the other day! Apparently my claim has been sent to the refunds dept and the are dealing with my case double quick!!!! Pfffffttttt I'll believe that when I see it!

thats what i was told yesterday
but today different story could be weeks apparently
