Well still waiting here...

Offer letter = 21st Sept 2011 (interest to end October)
Part Payment (a third) = 8th December 2011
Recalcs letter received = 9th December (Interest to 3rd January)

Still waiting on just short of 7K which was last seen being sent to the Loans team only to get, and I quote, "lost in the system" due to an inter departmental dispute between PPI payments and the loans team about how the money was being transferred.

Right guys, I have just got off the phone to them. The woman I spoke to was actually extremely helpful. I told them that if the money isnt in my account in 5 days than I will have to cancel a holiday which was booked on the strength of them telling me that I would receive payment within 2 weeks. She has actually logged all of this down on my file, which nobody else has done. She also told me to email them and tell them everything and actually gave me an email address. I have emailed them and told them that if I have to cancel my holiday then i will be forced to contact my MP and that I will take it to the press!

Not holding my breath but watch this space!

I dont know, I never had an email address in the first place. Its customer.care.insurance@lloydstsb.co.uk

Oh ok never mind! I think im going to stick to the irate emails from now on! phoning is a waste of time and money

I tried that away back in november because was supposed to going away for my birday in december didn't make any diiference does anyone know the ceo email address since he's back from sick leave. Piut claim in oct 2010 letter sep 2011 money ?

Dear mr tookey,
I would just like to say that this really is getting beyond a joke twice I have been promised this money into my bank and it still has not arrived. I feel that I have been patient enough don't you I put the claim in october 2010 got the calculations letter 13th sep 2011 still waiting. I am sure the papers would like to here how llyods tsb ruined christmas for a 9 year old girl as they said the money would be in the bank by 23rd dec. I am sure they would also like to hear how people are waiting since sep when people putting claims in now are getting their money first. I hope for a speedy response on this
