I received payment on 19th December for 2 loans, i received a letter 21st December saying they were paying my credit card claim and the interest was calculated upto the 18th January....so not expecting anything anytime soon to be honest.
Just don't see how the 3 claims can be split into 2 + 1 is it because they were loans and credit card?
I have been lucky in so far as i only put my claim in at the beginning of October and received the 1st lot very quickly compared to people who are still waiting from August!!!
I hope this sorry mess is sorted out for everyone soon :mad:0 -
I made a claim on 18th August and received my offer letter on 25th November. I received the interest element on 7th December but I am still waiting for the rest............fed up of phoning to be told something different each time!!0
