I have been reading this thread for a few weeks now. I received my offer letter on 9th Sept! i have rang every week since 2 weeks before christmas. first i was told that my payment needed to be recalculated and i would be sent another letter. The next week i was told that it hadnt been put through to the recalculations and that she would do it straight away. I was then told that i would receive the letter and payment within 2 weeks. I rang again the following week and was told to keep a close eye on my account because it would be any day, this was last week. I have phoned again this morning only to be told that its been a while since anyone has spoken to the recalculations team and that he would do it straight away!! He said there was a backlog!! They are all liars! So angry!

I was told that in august and I am still waiting!!!!!!

No Lynzbish do not get your hopes up coz it will take over your life as it has mine!!!!!! I have been fobbed off with same old garbage every week since last year!!!!

Its disgusting! on my offer letter it said allow 21 days for the payments to be made 129 days later still no money! I am in such a financial mess mostly down to tsb and there incompetence! So sick of them and their excuses!

I check my bank account at least 10 times a day! Never in my life will i bank with tsb again! I could cry!
