Same here grastaff I am so fed up of the whole thing it's really starting to get me down!! My whole life seems to revolve around emailing lloyds telephoning lloyds and checking my lloyds bank account!!!0

Wow,Lloyds have made a huge mess of BOTH my claims with them. The lies they tell and their basic lack of professionalism is appauling.
Chasing mine again, after they calculated it wrong....if a bank cannot even figure a payment owed and pay it correctly, well what does that say !!!
Hope we all get paid soon.0 -
my offer letter was dated 12th october, my interest upto 28th Nov and ive not heard anything at all since  ive rung them numerous times only to be fobbed off,
has anyone received payment from around this time yet and can anyone give me an email address please:o0 -

my original offer was 8th Sept recalculated interest 5th Dec now I understand they have recalculated interest again so I must await another letter. Although the later claims seem to have already been settled.
I have rung the ombudsman today who tell me that I could make a formal complaint but LTSB could then suspend payment and fight, this may then take up to a year. As I have now been waiting 9 months since my orignal claim date I don't want to wait another year. So just have to sit tight0 -
I think actually writing in to the ceo at lloyds london address worked in my case as they have to officially respond , and they did. Emails and calls made now difference .And withing 2weeks payment was recieved , however open loan still not sorted !!! And they have stupidly paid twice so still waiting to know how to pay them back. But for those still waiting writing in to CEO and directors0

Yeah, it's too easy for emails to be ignored.
On another side, has anyone tried faxing a complaint through? There's a fax number on their letters, if that's currently not a way they are being bombarded with comms; why not make it one0 -
Doesnt look like anyone has been paid yet this month
Hopefully they will begin payments soon0 -
