Can someone PM me a working email for the people I should get in touch with? I've not heard anythign back from anyone since October. I'm going to make a written complaint, in this case what is the best option for addressees?

    Thanks

Our final letter from lloyds jokers said "sorry for the wait...which was as a result of an error on your original calcs letter"; funny how no-one mentioned this in the five months of phone calls? Also tomorrow I shall compare original offer letter with various other letters and I bet there's no difference in amounts (ie no error)

What time does a bacs payment normally appear in a bank

I've heard of people suggesting to check the account after 3:30pm. Even Lloyds told me that too.

I'm still waiting on my CHAPS/BACS payment. They have a scan CHAPS receipt on their system from the 29th December. I've really given up all hope!

BACS can take usually up to 4-5 days and would normally appear overnight. CHAPS is an instant payment and could in theory appear at any time of day.

They told me on 30th that there had been a problem with CHAPs and no payments had been made by that method for 2 weeks prior to that date and all future payments would be made by BACS.

As usual we are all being told different stories, for some reason these seem to just be stalling tactics.:(

What they quoted you on the original letter is what they should pay you. If they tried to pay me less then I would continue to chase them for the underpaid amount.

Been a while posting, apologies... The fiasco continues!

    Update:
    - Offer letter 21st September
    - Emails / Twice weekly calls / MP involvement every week
    - Part payment received 8th December (roughly a third of whats owed)
    - Recalc letter arrived a day or so after with new figures to the 3rd of Jan

Still awaiting refund of almost 7K.

Last correspondance was that the remainder was going to the loans department to restructure my open loan and this usually takes 10 working days but can go up to 21 working days...

Called for an update yesterday since the interest cal ended on the 3rd.
Loan dept have not received any money and know nothing, apparently the PPI dept have not been sending the funds in the correct money so its not being received and the payment bounces back to them, they don't check and consider it sent.
The two departments are, and I quote "in dispute with each other over the money".
This was slightly better information than in the morning where I was told they did not know where the money was and that it was lost in the system!

Great. I did explain that whilst the inner workings of Lloyds is all very interesting, what was more important is that the money owed comes back to me and they can resolve their issues in their own time.

The waiting continues. In the meantime they are hammering me on bank charges that would/could have been avoided had I been repaid in a timely fashion.
They tell me the same, only the loans department confirmed in September that the loan had been restructured already so once again the lies from the PPI team have been caught out. I have not received anything at all.

I like you are now being hounded for charges, which I fully intend to fight to get refunded once this fiasco is over!:(

This just goes from bad to worse.

called the nohelp line again, asked to speak to someone senior who can answer why I haven't been paid, told managers couldn't tell me anymore than they could - rubbish! told letter been sent to me, when I asked what the letter said I was told it was in relation to my complaint! no S**t sherlock! I pressed him for content and he just said it was an apology, they can stick their apology where the sun don't shine, I just want what is rightfully mine! I asked if payment been made he said no. Goodness knows when I will get my money!

I then called my MPs office and was told they were still waiting for a formal response from end of Nov - they had acknowledgement letter but they can't do anymore until they get a formal response, but they will contact them to chivvy them along - by letter no doubt so that will be weeks! What a waste of time!

I am so angry and so distraught about this now, I am starting to believe that they do not intend to pay me at all. No one even responds to my mails - and never have!
