Hi, is there anything stopping me issuing a County Court Summons on Lloyds? as I am sick of being fobbed of by idiots who "Can't tell me when I will be paid". I have just warned them that I am considering the CCJ route and that it would effect their "creit ratings"!!! It sounds to me by all the other comments on here that they are deliberately stalling.
  • I phoned again today ,been waiting since May 2010 and guess what they are going to escalate it AGAIN to the payment team .The man could not answer me when i said "whats the point they dont do nothing anyway !"
I have also previously e mailed the "wedontcareteam" and guess what no reply !! I just want the last £6405.00 + interest from 28 november to pay my credit card off and then i owe them nothing and it will then time to change banks as i think they have behaved dreadfully to their customers

Isn't it amazing how quickly they can get a letter out asking for their money back.

You could make them wait, particularly if they have asked for a method of payment that it outside of your normal banking methods. They seem to think it reasonable to allow 10 working days to respond to a query, therefore I would be tempted to wait 10 days then send them a letter saying you don't have a chequebook and that you need another 10 working days to "investigate" another method of payment and so on.

Of course really I am sure I would want the whole thing over and done with as you probably do, but it is tempting, you could drag it out for months! but then that might mean that those of us still waiting may have to wait even longer as the pot has been considerably depleted!

Anyway glad you got your money!

I have sent her an email requesting the bank details. I just want this matter finally closed and move on. Though I still waiting for offer on credit card PPI but that shouldn't come before March and I don't think it will be much money either.

I just think it's a joke that we have to wait months and months for the money and they are expecting an immediate payment.

I wish you all good luck with your PPI claims!

Well I relented and rang them!

Oh I wish I hadn't I am so depressed and mad as hell!

I am now apparently on a priority CEO spreadsheet as the time has gone over the recalculation of interest which was 30th Dec and is now being recalculated! OMG last time it took two months for them to send out a recalc letter then 1 month later still not payment.
