Hi everyone....just thought I'd let people know about my dealings with Lloydstsb. I contacted the bank in 2010 regarding a missold single policy PPI from 2006....I was offered a "goodwill" payment of £1020 in September 2010 which was just less than half the cost of the PPI....Lloyds weren't admitting that it was miss sold....after last year's admission that PPI were miss sold I contacted Lloyds in June 2011 asking them to review the payment I received and to reconsider refunding the total policy amount plus interest. I've constantly telephoned Lloyds for an answer to my request to review my refund and to date still have no answer. When I d get through to speak to someone after at least 20 to 25 minutes being on hold...I'm repeatedly told that the person I 'm speaking to will email the complaints department and ask them to look at my case urgently. I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to what else I can do as this has been going on now since June 2011. Thanks0
