I called and emailed them to let them know, I don't want them to take it back twice, we just want to give them the overpaid money so we can move on and hopefully have no future dealings with them !

Wish I could just have my one payment never mind two!!!!
Rang again today and once again told the usual garbage of keep checking your bank it could be any day now etc etc ............ I am so fed up with the whole thing!!!!

Well again checked my bank and guess what no payment phoned them up money should be in on tuesday there's been a delay letter received 13th sep they r really taking the !!!! now but did get told that the added interest was £50

If I were you I would take the money (1st payment) out of the account so that they can't take what you were entitled to back.

What on earth is going on! what a complete load of amateurs they have running this. Honestly I could cry, I still haven't received anything and no replies to my e-mails to the CEO, PPI Director nor MP either. This is now causing me a lot of problems and costing me!

Paying one person twice you could almost forgive as a one off mistake but several people whilst others are still waiting for what they are owed is unforgivable.

Congratulations to all have received their money especially Esoog, Bailey85 and Get05up as I know you have also been waiting a long time.

Yet again nothing for me today

Rang first thing spoke to a very appologetic lady who kept saying oh dear how upsetting for you Mrs Jones
couldnt tell me when Ill get paid just that the payments team have been emailed and this usually gives them a prod in the right direction
well they have had about 3 or 4 prods already so im not confident

At least when I phone I am getting straight through now so shall be ringing daily now

Really happy for those who have been paid
