Congratulations to all who got their money today. Hopefully mine won't be far behind you, although not holding my breath. Ah well time for the call!
  • I have received the full amount just before Christmas.

This morning I received an alert from Lloyds via text.

    Wait for it......

........I have been paid AGAIN! This time 4 payments for the individual loans.

Do they know what they are doing?
  • Wife receeiced a cheque yesterday. Don't know why it was a cheque as she has banked with Lloyds for 30 years and they said would pay direct into account. Got to wait for it to clear now!
  • hope you get paid soon ali and grastaff. x
  • Just made my daily call told email sent yesterday to payment department and they are still looking into it
    No payment put forward yet
    Been waiting 10weeks now
    Told im in the que
But we all know they are not paying out in order of claims
    Feeling really frustrated right now
  • well just made my call and am absolutely fuming:mad:
I managed to actually speak to a manager who was even less knowledgable. I shold have had an emergency payment on 13th Dec as instructed by CEO, and despite my constant calls since then to tell them I have not received it, they now have to investigate if the payment was made which could take some time! What? A bank that takes weeks to check if they made a payment into one of their own customers accounts?

I have written again to my MP and once again to the CEO and PPI director! If I don't get payment by tomorrow - no more mrs nice guy, I will be talking to my MP and going to the ombudsman, FSA and anyone else who will listen. Something is definity wrong here!:mad::mad::mad:

No doubt about it we are all just constantly fobbed off
  • today i have spoken to them about some claims we have in with them but surprise surprise they know nothing about one we put in at beginning of december.
the conversation was very difficult as i have no idea whether i was speaking to someone in ie china, india, pakistan.thephillipines certainly not our country .shame on you lloyds.
had to explain at least 5 TIMES to what i was after which was quite simple.
ALL I WANTED WAS A CONFIRMATION LETTER TO CONFIRM THEY WERE ACTIONING OUR CLAIM.
    PLUS A REF NUMBER.

SIMPLE ME THINKS (I AM DELUDED I THINK)
just where are our call centre people is what i liked to know?
up to now i have had nothing but praise for lloydstsb as they have been excellent until now.
my fear is that we here in the u.k will not get back to normal till at least the 9th of january.
  • Never thought it would happen, but it has finally been paid, waited since August 02nd. Finally thankyou LLoyds.:j:beer::D:j:beer::D:j:beer::D
He who asks is a fool for five minutes, He who does not ask is a fool for life. ;)
