Phoned up was told there are no timescales and nothing they.can do by someone who didnt even take my details
Phoned straight back spoke to someone else was told she would send an email to the payment team to try to hurry them up

Nothing for me either but we have received an update letter with interest. The other thing is when I originally put my claim in it was for 3 separate cards but when we got our offer letter in it was for only one card. When I called them I was told that all cards were put on to one reference number, however we have now received a letter with the reference of one of the other cards saying we are due back another £1500 :j I've called today to make sure it is correct and she said it was and that they are also investigating the third card too so we may get another payment for that one too :j. I've no idea when it will be paid in, I got my first offer letter in September and when I called them at the beginning of December they admitted that I should've been paid and I'd been missed off the list but they would put me on the BACs sheet. Still waiting though :mad:

The Lloyds cheque arrived today, dated 22nd Dec, I was one of the mysterious August batch.

I hope I don't cause offence, but a very big thank you to Lloyds staff for at least trying to sort this out before Christmas.

If it wasn't so bloomin warm I'd put the heating on to celebrate!!!!

And we had a great Christmas without a tree, without a single present, without luxury food, without visiting relatives.

I hope your money arrives soon everyone, but especially Esoog and Mullersbrew.

Are you ready for this... two outstanding claims from Aug. one paid into bank last fri, lovely. Two new letters on fri for both claims with updated figures. Today, a cheque came for other claim, in full... with... wait for it...

You couldn't make it up. Been back on phone, this cheque now cancelled, so do I need to wait another 4 months for a cheque in correct name, or will they pay money direct into account like other claim??!!??

Just got of the phone.Paid by BACS on the 21st.Will be in my account by friday.5 working days they say even though if you check there own site it claims up to 3 working days for BACS.They really are joke!!!Remembering this is all after a phone call on the 20th from someone on A.Barry's behalf stating our money was paid in by BACS by A.Barry herself on the 19th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got off the phone been waiting since sept i was told 3 weeks ago i was on the urgent payment list still nothing the woman just told me no cheuqe had been posted yet and no e mail was sent to.put me on the urgent list! !! I asked why i could not be paid by bacs into a natwest account she said they can not do this only to lloyds account? ? She also told me that from when it shows.on the system thats its been posted it will still take 7 working days to actually be sent? ? Fed up with it all now everytime you ring its something different i really am sure they will tell you anything to get you off the phone :-(
can anyone please give me a e mail address i've seen a few of you have e mailed but can't find any add on here thanks
