Just got off the phone been waiting since sept i was told 3 weeks ago i was on the urgent payment list still nothing the woman just told me no cheuqe had been posted yet and no e mail was sent to.put me on the urgent list! !! I asked why i could not be paid by bacs into a natwest account she said they can not do this only to lloyds account? ? She also told me that from when it shows.on the system thats its been posted it will still take 7 working days to actually be sent? ? Fed up with it all now everytime you ring its something different i really am sure they will tell you anything to get you off the phone :-(
can anyone please give me a e mail address i've seen a few of you have e mailed but can't find any add on here thanks0 -
As promised on the phone on Friday my money finally arrived today! My bacs was processed on 21st december despite having an email from A Barry saying it would be a chaps payment 2 weeks earlier.
My timescales are, claim put in October 2010, upheld letter June 2011, offer letter 1st september.
I hope everyone's else's is on its way.0 -

Congratulations to all those who have received their money! I am very disappointed to say that I still haven't received anything. Was told on 19th Dec that the CEO office had instructed them to make mine an emergency payment (after they received a letter from my MP) on 13th Dec and was told this can take up to 7 days to process but the senior manager was on the case and I was at the very top of the priority list.
Still nothing this morning so rang again only to be told a complete load of rubbish first that the payment had been made on 22nd Dec by CHAPS, then backtracked and said sorry payment had not been made but manager looking into it (has been now for 3 months plus) asked to speak to manager and was told that they are not contactable by anyone other than e-mail (despite the lady I spoke to on 19th going off to speak to the manager personally as they are in the same office which I pointed out to the lady I was currently speaking to) but that there was a note on my account that payment should be made today (but I thought that should have happened on 13th and was told it had been paid on 22nd).
I don't blame the call takers personally as they are told what to say but I am very very frustrated and angry.

offer 8th Sept 11
loan restructured 16th Sept 11
recalc letter (interest to 31st Dec) 5th Dec

Just got of the phone.Paid by BACS on the 21st.Will be in my account by friday.5 working days they say even though if you check there own site it claims up to 3 working days for BACS.They really are joke!!!Remembering this is all after a phone call on the 20th from someone on A.Barry's behalf stating our money was paid in by BACS by A.Barry herself on the 19th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmm this conveniently means that when (sorry if) they don't pay you on Friday they have until next Tuesday before you can call again due to another Bank Holiday on Monday. they are certainly very crafty!:D0 -

All am still frustrated for you my original claim was Aug and was for loan and cc.
I am confused now as on the 14th they had lost my cc claim and started it again so how long that will take I don't know?
My loan is still showing an adjusted positive balance with a reduced payment due on the 1st of Jan, whats going on there it makes no sence??0 -
