  • Congrats to all who got their payments today :T

    Nothing for me today.

Original offer letter 12th September...so 104 days of waiting :-(

Let's hope the woman I spoke to yesterday was right and I'll have my payment by thursday/Friday next week.

    Merry Christmas everyone!
  • Day 127 (91 working days) and have finally been paid.

Still awaiting extra interest for delay and extra PPI premiums I have paid over last 5 months but still a good start.

Loan restructured but no explanatory letter or recalculating letter yet so I have that to wait for.

Good luck with you all in getting what's due to you soon.
  • Still waiting for my £12k, offer 9 October

Today have a letter from AB promising payment 'within a few days'. Interest recalculated to 20 Jan!!!!!! a few days?????

Never mind, at least its in the system, not that I have much faith in their system. Whole of Lloyds went down again yesterday am, 3rd time in as many weeks.
  • dont believe a word she says she told me our money was paid in on monday an would be in my account by today at the latest i rang yesterday only to be told it was only paid in on wednesday and hey presto no money.

I am sorry for those who have not recieved payment ... My letter and emails to CEO and chairman of Lloyds seemed to have helped x keep on them with letters and emails, calls don't seem to help

I don't agree to be honest. I was waiting from 13th Oct and my refund went in this morning.

I only made three phone calls chasing them up in that time. I never sent an email or letter so I think it's just pot luck as and when you receive you're refund.

I only waited since the 7th nov .. I do think it's bit of pot luck but I don't think the letter and emails hurt

The ones with the oldest claims are waiting the longest. I've been waiting since August, along with plenty of others. Your claim was not affected by the "backlog" (ie complete failure on lloyds' part). Oct / Nov; that's not waiting! Noobs! ;d
  • Hi everyone

Thanks lloyds for another week of waiting, and still no ppi refund even though i was told that it would be in the bank today.

    put claim in march 28th
letter of final figure recieved sep 10th
    payment date oct 13th

    still nothing:mad::mad:
  • ive recieved a recalculation letter dated the 19th dec with extra interest of £25 but no interest up to date and no payment date
    3 months waiting for that
sometimes you just got to laugh

Snap! I received exactly the same letter MB. First offer letter was 3td Aug so no idea whether this revised amount is correct or not. I wonder how long we'll have to wait now.
