LloydsTSB PPI Payment

Hello,

well i decided to ring LLoyds again today as im now on 104 days since receiving original offer letter and still no payment

I spoke to a lady this morning and she told me that my payment has now processed through the payment team and expect my payment within 5-7 days. She worked out it should go into my LLoyds account Thursday or Friday next week just in time for New Year.

Im sure its a load of lies but im going to stay positive anyway!



All previous calls have told me my payment was authorised to the payment team, so this call today was actually different.

"Processed through the payment team"

Anyway...i will leave it now for a while and just keep checking my internet banking each day.

If i dont get my money in the new year then i will be straight back on the phone to them followed by lots of emails to the CEO.

She wrote an e-mail (which she read out to me) which she was sending to the "senior manager" who would then make sure the payment was made - due by CHAPS which is viturally instant payment (i.e. within 2 hours). My recalc letter (dated 5th Dec) had interest calculated until 30th Dec (which shock horror is next week!) and apparently they were originally aiming to get payment to me by then - looks like they could be sticking to that despite instruction from CEO for emergency payment.

Alas, was told,, no - personally assured - CHAPS would be in by today at the VERY VERY VERY latest. Guess what? No money. Also worth reading what widnesgas(?) put yesterday; that there would be no more CHAPS before Christmas because they couldn't cope. They just lie and lie and lie and lie and lie.

Offer letter 29th October.... money now in account. A good Friday ahead hopefully for others!!!

Been waiting since Aug, offer letter in Sept, money in account for one ppi claim, other one not showing yet!! Yay!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::j:j:j:j:j

I have received my payment from Lloyds. I can't believe it!!!!

Finally! Only waiting for my credit card PPI claim now but I only just started that one.
