Oh Lloyds you once enjoyed my grace,
My trust and faith in you I'd place,
But now you only slap my face,
My life's made worse by you.

When I was young I was a fool,
I spent too much and lived life cool,
You sensed a chance and how you'd drool,
To make a buck from me.

So then you offered me a hand,
Pay off my debt with your loan plan,
And with relief my heart it sang,
Kind Lloyds had helped me out.

You urged my credit to remain,
in case I found financial pain,
And so in debt I was again,
And still you offered more.

For years the charges all rolled on,
My peace of mind now truly gone,
And Lloyds you took me for a song,
And bled my humour dry.

So when I found there was a chance,
That you had led a merry dance,
Had lied and cheated in advance,
I claimed that I was owed.

For three long months I wait each day,
To see what's mine you said you'd pay,
But nothing comes and all you say,
Are empty words to me.

Still Nothing.I was told my payment was made monday morning by Bacs!!I thought it was 3 working days for BACS?????????????

Just called again and the lady told me that a BACS payment has been done on 20th when I was previously told a different information. BACS payment takes up to 5 days. Another lie to fob me off before Christmas? We shall see. I told her that i will make a complain to the CEO again if I don't have the money next week.

Lloyds just lie and lie , I give up now and will continue the fight after Xmas , I am not allowing them to ruin my Xmas !!

Right,here goes.Phone call on monday saying my payment had been paid by A.Barry herself on monday.Nothing in the account still so another phone call today to the ppi team.Now been told that my payment was only made tues/wed,probably wed!!!!

How can they get away with these blatant lies!!!!!!!!

My family has now been affected by all the lies and i really am angry now.

I had sorted a loan out for xmas which i then cancelled after being told on 3 seperate occasions that my money had been paid!!!Make that 4 now that they have told me again today!!!!
