  • Hi guys,

I felt i needed to share my experience....i am amazed how many people are still waiting for their payments and cannot understand how mine has been sorted so quickly.

I put a claim in via phone on 14th October for 2 loans and then after much searching for c/c number i put the other claim in for that on the 18th October.

I don't really use my account as such but decided yesterday to check just how poor i was, i had to blink when i saw my balance....shocked wasnt the word, i wasn't sure how much to expect but when i called they advised i had been paid :j on Monday 19th Dec for the 2 loans but the c/c was still being processed and i would receive a decision on that after 5th Jan?

I have had no paperwork, just the payment so i guess i have to trust them that what they've paid is correct?

I am obviously very happy they have managed to sort half of it out so quickly, but cannot see how it's fair that people who have been waiting since August are still waiting!

I hope everyone get's THEIR money back sooner rather than later!
