LloydsTSB PPI Payment
Comments

Hello,
Just to let you know, I had a letter today (dated 14 December) from Lloyds apologising for the delay (offer letter 25 October) and that they have recalculated the interest to take the delay into account.
Also, they said that the money would be paid in to my account within 7 days.
Just checked my online banking and, surprisingly enough, they kept their promise, £5100 credited to my account.
That was without any chasing on the phone etc, mainly because I could never get through!
The timing is perfect just before Christmas. I hope others get their pay out soon too.Debt free date - June 2008 :T :T :T0 -
Just logged onto online banking and my loan amount has drastically reduced and my monthly repayment no longer has PPI included in it.
Still no restructure or recalculation letter or payment but at least something seems to be happening.
Good luck everyone!0 -
