My claim made 12th may,its been with the "payments department" for the last 2 months. Shame they done deal with all claims so efficently0 -

Yeah, well done lloyds for being able to deal with a complaint in only two months, whereas a large % of people have waited nearly 5 months. Bet you would have chased had you been waiting since August with no reasons just lies.
And banks like HSBC pay out in two weeks? So 10 weeks isn't exactly amazing either.0 -
But Mattessex has not recieved payment yet ?!0

Hi I'm in similar position to some people on here received a letter 24th October giving my full &final settlement & to date received no money in my bank!! Have phoned every week & been told lots of different things the latest was that my payment was looked @ on 9th December but thats it they have sent an email on the 30 December to the payment team but this could take 10 days to acknowledge! I was also told I might receive part payment! I don't want part payment I want it all. Can any1 help or give me any ideas of what I can do as I'm getting quite frustrated now!! Thank u0
