same here Ali nothing for me either. I have e-mailed CEO, CEO's stand in whilst he was off sick, [text removed by MSE Forum Team] and my MP last week but got no replies from any of them, I guess they must have been on holiday.

Can't believe that they are not paying us but paying others twice, a complete load of incompetents, how on earth can we trust these people with our money when they can't even get this right - should be simple they have already worked out what they owe us the problem seems to be in pressing the go button. Beggars belief!:mad:
  • made my daily phone call been told a new recalcs letter will be issued

I think I have given up calling them. At best it seems to make no difference as you just keep getting told lie after lie and at worst it seems to slow things down even more as it seems to take up to 10 working days for an e-mail to be read by the appropriate team (at least that was one of the many fairy stories I have been told).

I (and I assume you are too) now outside of the 2nd recalcultions letter timeframe of interest paid up until 31st Dec so as you say may now mean another wait for another recalc then another wait and so on and so on. I am at a loss now as to what more we can do.

    MSE can you help?:(
  • I've just got off the phone from Lloyds and got the usual no timescales information. They told me that the payment was sent for CHAPS authorisation on the 29th December. Is that a true scenario? Has anyone else heard this line and been paid; and if so what was your delay?

    Background

I have had a second recalculation letter (interest up to 30th December) and an email from Amy Carpenter telling me to expect payment by 30th December. Been waiting since Oct 2nd when first offer letter received.

if I get another letter then they get another 28 days to pay me
    crazy
I for one am gonna keep ring and bugging them
if they want me to shut up then they better pay up

chaps should be a same day payment
but if you read this thread
apparently its takes them up to 10 days to authorise this

The guy on the phone says it was authorised for CHAPS payment on the 29th ... maybe he meant sent for payment authorisation. So another 10 days probably.

What I don't get is that when say they cannot give timelines and then they have info like this (sent for CHAPS) that is reasonably good info to help deduce a payment date. I just want to make sure they really do have that info and have not given it just to end an arguement.
