Still waiting for my 15k.
Original offer calc letter received 12 September.
No re-calc letter as promised and no apologee letter either, absolute !!!!!! all.
So many calls and emails it's getting boring now.
Fed up with the way Lloyds are treating their "valued customers"
I just want my money back now.
Can't believe how long I've been waiting so far! 95 days!
So unfair
I had 3 closed loans which had ppi and now have 1 open loan without ppi... Don't understand why mine is taking so long as I don't even need my open loan restructured.
I have an open lloyds account so why is it so difficult to pay me my money!? :-(
BACS, chaps, flaps whatever!
I am the same as you except my offer was the 19th september.
I have had nothing from lloyds since this date except an email from customer relation saying they were sending me a letter on the 29th november, still waiting for that0 -
got fed up phoning lloyds. lets face it they are not listening. i've only been waiting 63 days so i dont expect to get my money anytime soon. going to chat with ombudsman see if they can help. if that fails i like the small claims court idea. cant wait to see how that turns out.0

Hi just to let you know, as from today, I join your queue, as received my Offer Letter today for £10,820. Old loan from 2001, Claim sent 27 Sep 2011.
Diane, the "funny" thing is - you'll get paid a lot sooner than we do. I've been waiting since August and yet I guarantee you are paid before me so I wouldn't worry; thats how lloyds do business.0 -

Same here, except offer letter August; calcs letter early Sept. NOTHING since. What a joke. MP is chasing them apparently too now.
The only solace I can take is that there are other people in exactly the same situation so I know we're not just a forgotten claim.
Still doesn't make this right. I wonder how many people are actually going to leave lloyds? We are 100% (new account up and running)0 -
Ok, new redress letters will be out by end of next week, then payment via cheque's will follow, bacs will start on a day to day basis
That's the info given to us by our favourite informant last week,no recalc letter here (can't say I'm suprised). Looks like they were even lying to Mr M

Sorry, but that's not true. I received my new recalculation letter on Tuesday. So far Mr. M predictions were true.
Its an absolute shambles to be honest. My dates are similar to yours, my offer letter dated 13/10/2011 is actually a week before yours but I have not received an recalcs letter. Just keep getting told that there is no news and they can tell me nothing :mad::mad::mad::mad:.
Don't get me wrong I am happy for the people who are getting paid. But it is sooooo frustrating when you see people getting somewhere who have complained or received imformation after your dates.
JUST GIVE ME AN ANSWER ON WHEN I WILL SEE "MY" MONEY.
Its not hard.0 -
I've not had my redress letter even though it was meant to have been sent last week! I have been given my new recalculations over the phone so I just have to wait 21 days for payment. I'm not holding my breath, I have been waiting over 16 weeks since original calculations letter.
I am still going to stay positive for my money before next Friday lol. But like I said before I may just faint if I do get it.0
