    My case is excatly the same as yours, 3 closed loans , 1 open and my offer letter is 12 sept.

    They had previoulsy told me the delay is because the open loan needs restructuring. I phoned the Loans department and they told me it had been restructured in 0ct. My internet banking used to say I had PPI on my loan, today it shows I do not. Not sure if this a good sign or not.

    letter dated 25th august telling me they are paying £840 it is now over 100 days and no sign of the money.i phoned them yesterday and the man told me he could find nothing matching my acct number so im hoping there may be a cheque on the way.come on be nice for xmas.

    I noticed that yesterday, I rang today to be told the big hold up was the recalculations process, your interest has been recalculated and your new amount is 2453,34. They advised payment has been processed and to call back by end of day if it is not in your account.

    Seems to be a big change in attitude in the staff this week. They seem more helpful.
  • I submitted my claims to Lloyds in May this year and received letter confirming I had valid claims for both credit cards and loans. The leaflet that I received with the letters stated that the claim would be dealt with within 8 weeks.

    16 weeks later (end of Sept) received letters from Lloyds confirming amounts and how payments would be made - credit card directly into account and loans by cheque.

    A further 12 weeks later, I still havent received a penny from them for either and when I call them they tell me the same excuse 'We need to send email to payments dept', but there doesnt appear to be any notes on my file to say that I have called for the past 10 weeks looking for the payments, in fact my last conversation with them the young lady on the other end said that someone was working on my files but as they are opened by someone else there is no notes to advise what is going on.... My response was well is it the payment or interest recalculated, to which the lady replied 'I dont know' but give it a further 2 weeks before you call back.

    I appreciate that the group is busy dealing with claims but how hard is it to press a button to transfer the money into someones account. If they did what they said then maybe they wouldnt have such high backlogs and they wouldnt have loyal customers leave them because of bad customer service.

    :mad: Come on Lloyds get your finger out.

    Just got in from work to find two cheques waiting for me so looks like I'm done with lloyds at last.
    Claim lodged 11 may
    Upheld 31 aug
    Calcs 18 oct and 11 dec
    Cheques posted 8th dec and turned up today.

    I was told the cheques were sent on the 23rd of nov but they never turned then they cancelled them and was told it will now be a bacs payment but these cheques turned up.
    Looks like they don't really know what they are doing.
    Hopefully you will all be paid soon.
  • Hey folks, some good news....

    On day 90 since my offer letter I received £3900 of the £9000+ that I have been waiting for. This was paid into my current account today by "Loansdirect". Hopefully the rest will follow in due course.......

    At least I dont have to go out into the garden to try to catch a few sparrows for Christmas Dinner....lol. I can now get a turkey....

    I really do hope the rest of you who have been waiting as long as me get some good news soon. I know what you are going through, and it has been a worry....

    Just got off the phone from Lloyds. Got the nice Welsh people this time , not the unhelpfull Phillipino/ American support.

    He said 3 CHAPS payments had been raised on my account today but not to get my hopes up as he couldnt guarantee anything, also he could not see anymore details on the payments.

    Not excatly the news i wanted to hear but its nice to be told the truth for once.
  • Just checked my original offer letter and I had 4 Loans with Lloyds. 3 were closed and one is still open. Looks like they have raised CHAPS payments for the 3 closed loans.

    Hoping this is the case as it comes to £11,000.
  • Just off the phone to PPI again,

    Said you have been included in the 40,000 payments we sent out via bacs today so you should get it either Friday or Monday.

    Heres Hoping for a good xmas week.
