    Hi
Excellent news, good to hear some people are finally getting some joy.

I've been waiting for my £14,000 since Sept 12th. I must be one of the longest now:(

just spoke to a nice lady at lloyds to chase up payment. Told that the payment team were "looking at my case". She also told me that there was a batch of payments going out Friday/Monday.
    I hope this is true!

No real answers but a bit more positive. Fingers crossed

Thanks for this. It looks like we are in roughly the same 'batch' in theory (if your offer was 18 August?) but it seems Lloyds are not sticking to strict chronological order, to put it mildly. I have downloaded another FOS questionnaire and we will fill it in for the CC. Not expecting this to be paid until 2012 ;-)

Yep, 18 August was the not so magical date...!;)
  • I noticed that yesterday, I rang today to be told the big hold up was the recalculations process, your interest has been recalculated and your new amount is 2453,34. They advised payment has been processed and to call back by end of day if it is not in your account.

Seems to be a big change in attitude in the staff this week. They seem more helpful.

I have just noticed the same with my online banking. Where it used to say 'PPI - Yes' is no longer there. My outstanding balance is still the same though as is my monthly payment, so I'm not going to get too excited yet. It might be the start of something though...
  • spoke to someone today they said cant tell me anything my case is getting looked at as a priority.

Shame i dont believe it though.

Been told that since I am no longer a tsb customer i have to get a cheque even though i gave them bank details 13th sep. Surely if they have made me wait as long as this they should put it through bacs even if i am in the group of people that are away to get paid which i doubt they cheque will never arrive and clear in time for christmas.
  • i dont understand why they cant put it into a royal bank of scotland account

Just off the phone to PPI again,

Said you have been included in the 40,000 payments we sent out via bacs today so you should get it either Friday or Monday.

Heres Hoping for a good xmas week.

Are you sure they didn't say "To date" ? 40K sounds like a lot (for anyone let alone lloyds!)

Could be right - 532,000 complaints were made in the six months to October 2011 alone, and a good chunk of those would be at Lloyds.
Apparently Lloyds took on 500 extra staff in May.
