Congrats Mark1084!
Glad your payments is progressing nicely.

I've just phoned them again...i seem to get through pretty much before the phone rings now! Which is good but its just not good that im getting told the same each time.
" its been accepted by the payment team and you will get your money soon, we promise that the amount stated in your offer letter 12th September is the amount you will received plus extra interest. But we cant give out any time scales of when"
Also ...whats happened to all the Welsh people...i now seem to speak to Americans!
Please dont tell me LLoyds are now using America to deal with complaints...ha!
Right, i've done my daily phone call so will wait again till tomorrow.
I have my works christmas party tonight so i will be an unhappy poorly hungover person tomorrow morning when i ring. So watch out Lloyds!

It means she got you off the phone? And bought Lloyds some more time. In terms of your claim; nothing.
Personal experience speaking.
As for type of claim, credit card claims seemed to be dealt with promptly at the beginning of this farce; not sure what the situation is now?0 -
Nothing for me again today0
