dont know why i phone today the lady says oh you have been waiting a long time yes i have sorry nothing has happened. I remember speaking to someone in novemeber who starts to laugh saying at least you willl get it for christmas oh i wish i could see you face to face now i think it is terrible you get you letter sep 2011 and you are still waiting

seems to be that they are paying in batches.
Called yesterday, as advised to call back today if no payment was recieved today.
It does however seem the call centre staff are a little more helpful, well in my case anyway0 -
The Lloyds PPI payout mess was mentioned briefly at the end of Radio 4's Money Box Live this afternoon.
They said they've had lots of emails about the issues and will devote more time to it in an upcoming edition.0 -

Did you ask to be put though to management?
It seems a lot of the media are picking up on this now. Hopefully it can put a lot of pressure on Lloyds to pay up before xmas0
