My interest was paid up till today so if I ain't received anything by Friday i will b on the phone to them

OH's interest was paid up to middle last month. Lloydstsb may have allocated additional resources, they "appear" to lack the competencies to co-ordinate, implement systems or process effectively or efficiently... As ever, they "appear" to re-act to historical type....


As for MSE and Marksman; Will MSE care to comment or act on resolving why Marksman cannot see the thread...

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

The only person giving us any information is blocked. Lloyds have MSE in their pocket. It's a !!!!ing joke, is there no end to Lloyds power?

On a side note, upheld May 2011, Offer letter end of August, calcs letter early September............and NOTHING BUT LIES since! NO recals letter or anything. I really despise Lying total scum bags

Well,i have just recieved the post today.No cheque,no letter again!!!But i did recieve a letter from my local MP who has lent me his support in my ongoing battle with Lloyds!!Lets hope its enough to give them a kick up the !!! and finally get my payment made!

What a disgrace. Not only do we get a wall of silence from LTSB we are confronted by censorship at the hands of those running this site.

Who is looking out for the voice of the small man who has so far been totally ignored, and when did freedom of expression suddenly get booted into touch on this site?

Whether you agree with what Marksman has to say or not, he should be allowed to say it without reprisal, so we should ALL email MSE to complain about this.

well i decided to ring LLoyds again this morning just for sh1ts and giggles...

they have changed their options menu and we now have a robot lady speaking not a man.

So they are spending more time changing their customer service hotline rather than paying people. Good to see

Anyway...

I got through within 4 rings which was good but the lady I spoke to didnt have or see any updates regarding my PPI payment

She just said she couldnt give any time line for when I will receive payment just told me that its been raised with the payment team who will be sorting me out.

So same as yesterday!

So 12th Septmeber my offer letter was received saying im owed 15k and that the money will be with me as soon as possible.

94 days later and still no payment

Lloyds were quite happy taking £5 off me today for going into my over draft last month.

Funny how when they are owed money they can take it within seconds and customers who are owed money have to wait 3 months +

Bang out of order and to be honest its a total disgrace.
