Outsourced to Deloittes, the average call centre worker probably has no contact with them whatsoever and no ability to. Terrible way to do business really.

Dannyt, been waiting just longer than you slightly; "good" to know we're not the only ones neglected.

Original offer letter on Oct 2nd. I know it was only 2 months ago and others have been waiting much longer (I really do understand your pain) but I never got a recalc letter ... and the "up to" interest included time has lapse.

Fed up with phoning them, and what Marksmen said does concern me slightly i.e. escalated to another team and lost in the depths of LTSB.

Well im the same as you LloydsTSB, i have only ever received 1 letter from Lloyds which was my original offer letter back in September. Since then i have not received anything else what so ever

I have been promised lots of times that a new re-calc letter would be with me with new calculations as my original interest was upto 6th Oct. Which has passed like ages ago.

I rang them up a few weeks back and instead of getting the same bullsh1t replies, a nice lady decided she would actually try to do something useful for me to speed things up and found out my account was frozen so she had to get her manager involved to email the payment team to try and make my claim a priority.

If it wasnt for this lady from Lloyds my account could still be frozen and nothing progressing at all.

well here we go again
offer letter 13th sep have no recaluations letter phone them up nothing has happened They are saying that because i no longer bank with tsb i have to get a cheque instead of bacs which i was promised 16th sep. My mp has sent a letter to the ceo and i have emailed them but no word yet this is really getting unbelievable have told them that i want someone to personally speak to my 9year old why its going to be a crap christmas and no i did not set aside for christmas because i thought it would be here by now since my claims place told me in june that it was in the final stages with fos

Me too! I was told my figures, she also said that their system is different to the payments team so it was recalculated before then! When were you told your figures? I'm still hopeful of payment before Xmas, I've been waiting 16 weeks tomorrow since first offer letter, and 15 months since putting my claim in so mine is long overdue now.

i got a nice letter today off ltsb that i wasnt expecting as i got a letter a few days ago giving me a offer of £178 i thought that was it.then today i get a letter for £1300.68 a nice suprise i wasnt expecting:j
