  • I think they won't pay out much now as they are probably holding onto the money to bolster forth quarter earnings figures.

    Called today and told there was nothing they could tell me at all. Previously escalated to my mp Vernon coaker. Just mailed him to try and get some movement. 77 or so working days now and still awaiting calcs on 5 other loans claimed at the same time as the other 4 they have provided figues for. No current loans. So completely and utterly depressed. Am penniless. Lloyds have of course refused to extend my overdraft, even though they owe me at least £14500.
  • No ,I have not been waiting as long as others so I will wait till new year before I escalate , I think management should focus on those waiting longer.

    Once the interest date went , I wrote a letter to the CEO ,directors and chairman of Lloyds and this is only reason I believe the account has notes and potential payment so it might be worth a try
  • Forwarded the details and mp letter to the CEO - didn't have any effect :(

    My interest was paid up till today so if I ain't received anything by Friday i will b on the phone to them :/

    Same with me. I was going to call them tomorrow. l let you know how I got on
  • Oh dear, here we go again;

    I'm now on day 89 since my offer letter, and still no money. Well no cash anyway!!!
    Last Friday they transfered the whole of my £9000+ to my current Loan account. However up to now I've had no letter to explain why or how it will restructure my current Loan.
    Half of this money was refunds from previous closed Loans. So now Im begining to wonder if they just intend to reduce my Loan by the whole £9000+
    The thing to remember is that they can only do this if my loan is in arrears. But its not!!!
    This money is a refund of an insurance which should have never been sold to me in the first place. I was told when taking out these Loans that the interest rate would be higher if I did not take PPI.
    There has been much disscussion on here that it will be transfered to my current account. But that remains to be seen.

    On another point; How can the MSE team block Mr Marksman, as he was the only person giving us just a little information. This really makes us all wonder if MSE in in LloydsTSB pocket!!!!

    So, MSE, how about a comment on this matter from you???

    Dont be suprised if I get Blocked for the above comments!!!!

    I will now post daily on my PPi progress. So if theres no post, you will know whats happened!!!

    Good luck to all, hoping for a nice Christmas......

    There was a thread started earlier in support of marksman. On that thread someone from MSE has made a comment and claims to know nothing about marksman being banned.Looks like it maybe just a mix up!
