Really thats bad, when did you receive your letter. I called up Monday to confirm they said yes, I called up again yesterday saying is this 100% guaranteed as I have seen a lot off forums were people are being promised payments then not receiving it. The man said yes as there is a note from the manager saying payment will def be made within 10 working days which is Friday 14th. It does look hopeful but going buy what you ve just said don’t think I will get it.0

Apparently I am on a priority list too! i have been waiting since my letter dated August 3rd. After several compaints and converstaions, I am still no closer to getting my money. What can we do? They appear to have us over a barrell. The email that the PPI guy sent to the payments dept hadn't even been picked up after a week and I emailed them myself and have had no reply. Was told 21 days from date of letter, then told no timescale could be given then told 7-10 days 14 days ago and now been told "shortly". Should we all cancel our accounts on mass? Take it to the press? There must be something. I have been waiting quite patiently until now but it is beyond a joke. I also put a similar thing in my email about what if i didnt pay them or gave them the same excuses as they give me. I am so angry but have no clue what to do.0

Been waiting since August, emailed customer care twice and still not received a reply, not even a computer generated one. Rang them today and was told that they couldnt give me a time limit as they were very busy0

Just looked in the claims/success section and saw this from poster allofushere
I checked my bank account today as I usually get a text from them each day telling me how much I'm overdrawn and this had nt happened today. I was extremely please to see they had paid me direct to bank - £2470!!!!
I received my offer letter on 24 September and disputed the amount on 26 Sept, as 2 years prior to 2004 have not been added to the calculation. I was told that it was too late to stop the original offer being paid but they would recalculate and send the difference at a later date. Im very sceptical of what info LLoyds give me nowadays so I rang to check this on 11 Oct and I was also told that the original offer payment would take at least 3 more weeks.
So Im chuffed!
So offer to payment in 3 weeks!0
