I emailed the ceo and ppi relations on Thurs, I've still had no reply. Will be ringing tomoz AGAIN!

applied in may, got letter in august , full details of settlement 8th sept, told would be sorted in 21 days, have 3 payments left on loan so this friday have to pay them again as ppi refund still not turned up, its not fair if i say i cant pay they will charge me £25 charges, manager rang me back last week to say have now real idea how long its going to be, so next week it will be 5 months and still no payment.

Finally after 12 weeks of waiting
I'VE BEEN PAID!:T:T:beer::beer::j:j
It's not correct payment as not recalculated the interest so still got ring them.
But happy I can pay my overdraft off :j
Really hope everyone gets paid soon

yay!!! Well done, and I've been paid this morning too!!!!! Don't know wether my email had anything to do with it it not! Already paid an over draft off this morning. What a relieve after all thus time! Hope everyone else gets paid asap too x

Well done on your pay outs. How long have you been waiting?? My loan was restructured last week but still not heard anything. I've been told ill get part as a chq and part straight to my account. Thanks

My calculations letter wad dated the 3 Aug so a while! I know funny bunnys was the end of July. You should be soon I would have thought as your loans been re structured. Hope its soon x

Just checked my bank, and........nothing BOO!!!!!! Hopefully will be getting mine soon as been waiting since mid July....fingers crossed eh?

Finally bet your happy!!! Well hopefully I am not too far behind you then. Just rang up again, there was a note on the system which was added 30mins before i rang saying manager from the refunds team is dealing with payment now so hopefully that means he is processing it today so hopefully should get it by Friday

30th July, been too long now. The note on my file said hes dealing with it today so hopefully means hes doing it now. We shalll see tho....
