Still no smiles from me either!

Booo.
Checked my internet banking and still nothing what so ever.
Phoned LLoyds this morning and was told that again the payment team is in process of sorting my payment out with interest up to the day they pay me.
Again was told to keep checking my internet banking as it will be there soon.
Annoying really.0 -

Just to update you all - my parents submitted their claim against Lloyds TSB in August and sadly had to wait 16 weeks. After discovering that their questionnaires hadn't been received (despite being signed for on delivery) Lloyds upheld their complaint on November 24 (just before the deadline). Three cheques totalling £15 000 were received on Saturday and banked this morning!0

Hi guys, completely newbie poster, however, I've been monitoring numerous threads recently to get a better picture of my own situation. To provide a quick summary:
Loan taken with PPI Nov 08
Complaint made in July 11
Upheld & letter received Oct
Apology for delay letter received Nov
Final "we will pay you in 21 days!" letter received early Dec.
Most recent action on my loan account shows, that the balance has been reduced dramatically, and I've been advised that I shall be receiving a refund of £2949.70 to my current account & a further £1300 of (future PPI payments) knocked off the remaining balance of the loan.
Question that I'm dying to know is how long it will take for the money to be transferred to my bank? I've been advised that the amendments were initiated on the 8th, however, Lloyds advised that the finance team need to calculate the refund before making this?!
Weird as the amendments to my monthly repayments have already been made and I've already received a breakdown of what I'm to receive?!
I thought this would be a simple adjust the loan/repayments > transfer refund but it appears not?
Can anyone (speaking from experience) shed some light? Any help would be greatly appreciated:)0 -
I have tried calling several times now over the past week and not been able to speak to anyone about an update. I have been calling 0845 601 2683 & also 0845 602 4534 I have had a letter with the amount they are paying but as the interest is only up until 13th Oct they are now telling me they are recalculating the interest but I’m concerned as I cant actually speak to anyone about how long I expect to wait for my money I’m seriously doubting I will get any now! Is anyone else having difficulties getting through to them?
I have just managed to speak to someone, my recalculation still hasn’t happened even though it was 'escalated' on the 15th Nov. Once my letter has been issued it will be atleast 21 days for my refund so doesn’t look like I will be getting my money in 2011 arraagh

Had a letter from LloydsTSB today with new recalculation of interest up to 30.12.2011. They also informed me that they will make arrangements for this payment to be made, which will be in form of a direct payment into my bank account to resolve the matter for me as quick ad possible. Fingers crossed!0
