LloydsTSB PPI Payment

Hi
I'm sure you've heard this all before but does anyone know how long it is taking Lloyds to pay out? I had my first offer letter on 8th/sept and an updated letter (including interest) on 16th/Nov. Phone up once a week to be told they can't tell me anything("Thanks for you help"!).
Please if you know any tips, ideals to get paid any quicker?

I heard a rumour that new calculation letters will be out by the end of next week as most if not all calculation letters have lapsed, and that payments will also start then too, so fingers crossed in the next week or two

Marksman please help!!!
I made my complaint in late july 2011
Offer letter dated 7th nov
Interested calc till 2nd dec
5 closed/payed loans
No recalc letter
Still no money!!
Just wondered if you would be kind enough to give me some advice and say wether u this it is a possiblity of me getting my money by xmas??
Or is that that wishful thinking???

goodmorning fellow frustrated peolpe.....

iif i was wating on a chaps payment for monday does that mean that it would be done on the friday so i might see it sunday or does it mean the need to send it monday morning??????

im so confused and wont hold my breath on it.

If its a chaps payment it's done and cleared on same day

Hi all first time posting on this thread.
My complaint was lodged on the 11 of may upheld letter was 31st August after being told twice it had been rejected, calcs letter on the 18th of oct and new one on 8th dec. now nothing they say they sent a cheque on the 23rd nov which never turned up. But account charges sent on the 1st dec did. Rang them they have cancelled the cheque but now waiting on emails. What else can I do any help would be nice.

Mr Postie has just been and I have actually received my cheque :j:j:j

Well, one of them anyway!

This payment was for the offer letter received on the 18th October. I do have another that was dated the 21st October so I am hoping to receive it during the week (am now hoping that they might continue in date order but I know that this has not necessarily been the case)...

I had given up all hope of receiving anything before xmas but am so chuffed

Hang in there guys, it will happen - hopefully sooner rather than later!

Re recal letter dated 2nd Dec... still not received. Getting stressed I wont receive money b4 xmas. Original complaint in May, upheld Aug, 1st calc letter 19 Sept.:(
